At Dayton First Kids, we want every child to know that Jesus is their greatest pursuit. We partner with parents to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where kids can grow in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and discover God's purpose for their lives.
Through exciting worship, interactive Bible lessons, games, and small-group relationships, we help kids:

Our goal is simple: to help raise a generation of kids who know Jesus, grow together, and live out their faith with confidence and purpose.

Dayton First Kids exists to partner with parents in raising a generation of children who know Jesus, love people, and live with purpose. Through engaging Bible teaching, energetic worship, fun activities, and caring leaders, we provide a safe and welcoming environment where kids can grow in faith and discover God's plan for their lives.
Our Nursery provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where your little ones can be cared for while you attend service. Through age-appropriate play, songs, stories, and caring volunteers, we begin introducing children to God's love in a way they can experience and understand.
Our Preschool class helps young children take their first steps in learning about Jesus through interactive Bible stories, worship, games, crafts, and hands-on activities. We create a fun and engaging environment where kids can begin building friendships while discovering that God loves them.
Our Elementary class is designed to help kids grow in their understanding of God's Word through engaging Bible lessons, energetic worship, games, and small-group discussions. Children are encouraged to learn about Jesus, love others, and begin living out their faith in everyday life.
Our Preteen class helps older kids deepen their faith, ask questions, build meaningful friendships, and discover how God has uniquely created them. Through relevant teaching, worship, discussion, and activities, students are encouraged to follow Jesus with confidence and learn how to make a difference in the world around them.

Faith is often built in the everyday moments. Take time to pray together, read Scripture, and talk about what God is doing in your lives. You don't have to be perfect—simply being intentional and present can make a lasting difference in your child's spiritual journey.
You don't have to have all the answers to help your child grow in their faith. One of the most powerful things you can do is let them see your own journey with Jesus. Learn together, ask questions together, and model what it looks like to follow Christ in everyday life. God often works through simple, faithful moments as we intentionally pursue Him.

As a parent or caregiver, you have the unique opportunity to help your child understand their worth in Christ, process their past in a healthy way, and move toward the future God has for them. Be patient, listen well, and create space for honest conversations about their feelings and experiences.

Prayer is one of the most powerful tools God has given parents. Pray for your children, pray with your children, and invite God into the everyday moments of family life. Through prayer, we seek God's wisdom, patience, and guidance while trusting Him to work in our children's hearts in ways we never could on our own.
